At Sweater Dress Shop, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery to return your product.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unused, and unworn condition, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required to process your return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We recommend checking your order immediately upon delivery. If your product is damaged, defective, or if you have received an incorrect item, please notify us right away so we can address the issue and arrange a resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to health and safety regulations, some items cannot be returned if you simply change your mind. These exclusions will be clearly stated on the product page. Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. If you have any concerns about a specific item, please contact us for clarification.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original product and placing a new order for the replacement item once your return has been processed.
Refund Process
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.
